Who is the data controller?

What data do I collect and for what purpose?
- Contact form — name, email address, optionally website address and budget range, and the content of the message. Purpose: replying to your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a quote. Basis: your consent and the legitimate interest in conducting correspondence.
- Shop orders — data necessary to fulfil the order and issue a sales document. Basis: performance of a contract and a legal obligation.
- Newsletter — email address, if you give separate consent. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking the link in the footer of the message.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, traffic source. Purpose: security and statistics. Basis: legitimate interest.
How long do I keep the data?
- Contact form correspondence — up to 24 months from the last contact.
- Order data — for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.
- Newsletter — until consent is withdrawn.
Who do I entrust the data to?

Your rights

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
